Pilates Course

PILATES kurssi alkaa meillä Nikinmäessä lauantaisin klo 11-12 alkaen 2.3.2019. 
Mukaan voit tulla myös ilman aiempaa kokemusta.

Mattopilatestuntimme lähestyvät perinteistä pilatesta modernilla tavalla. Harjoitukset suoritetaan pehmeästi virtaavina ja tarkoin harkittuina liikesarjoina hengitykseen keskittyen. .
Keskitymme myös vahvistamaan käsivarsien ja jalkojen liikkeissä tarvittavia syviä lihaksia. Tunnit koostuvat erilaisista koko kehon harjoituksista, joissa käytetään apuna palloja, elastisia nauhoja, pilatesrenkaita sekä –rullia. Pilates onkin oiva lisä myös CrossFit treenaamisen rinnalle.

Kurssi järjestetään lauantaisin 2.3.-27.4.2019 ja sisältää 8 tuntia (ei tuntia pääsiäisenä 20.4.). Tunnit pidetään englanniksi, mutta pärjäät kielitaidostasi riippumatta mukana varmasti oikein hyvin. Kurssin hinta CrossFit Red Arrow jäsenille (myös 10x korttilaiset) 135 € ja muille 150 €.

The Core Control Seminar is focusing on increasing bodily awareness and developing the deep inner abdominal muscles that are crucial to safe training and the protection of the lower back. Our CrossFit coach(es) will work to expand your knowledge of the importance of the core muscles and how they bring your body together.

Next Saturday 8.9. we have the first member event where members can get
to know each other better. In this event, all of our CrossFit members and
our Diapers & Dumbbells members have the opportunity to work together.
After the training, if you can still talk after the workout, there is time to
change the news while enjoying the refreshments and the little to eat.

Our Diapers & Dumbbells classes are fitness classes designed to help new mothers safely return to exercise, connect with other parents, and develop the strength they need to support their growing babies.

Scaling options are available to allow anyone to participate and progress. Bring your baby and enjoy an hour of fitness and community!

Our facility includes changing rooms (with showers) that may serve as a private nursing, pumping, or diaper-changing station.

Our maximum class capacity is 12 mothers and babies, and we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, so if you want to guarantee a spot, register early in the week.

Grand Opening
